never hold stuff in because that’s when
it becomes a problem pay attention to
yourself love yourself no matter what
the circumstances are I think a lot of
times we get caught up and looking at
what other people are doing and trying
to fit in
you know make sure you talk to not only
your family but to yourself to tell
yourself how much you love yourself tell
yourself how much you care about the
things you do I love when people give me
great criticism because I get to learn
from it meditation is really important
it’s the time to reflect it’s the time
to think about what you’ve done I always
make sure that I eat right I make sure
that I go to the gym I make sure that I
hold myself accountable to the goals
that I set that day and I always make
sure that I call my family make sure how
they’re doing because my family’s not
number one when I surround myself with
people that I love they make me feel
