Andre Brooks: Insurance Can Empower People From All Walks of Life

Many people know that the economy has been struggling in recent years. If the past few years have taught us anything, it’s that our lives can change in an instant. Attaining financial freedom was Andre’s dream for many years when he was growing up. That dream turned into a reality in college, when one of Andre’s friends introduced him to life insurance. When he first embarked on his career in the insurance industry, Andre had little choice when it came to choosing an agency to partner with. Driven by a desire to earn enough to foot his bills, he worked at an agency that offered scant compensation for his work. Without the right system in place, it took a while before he started enjoying any benefits. However, those challenges made him wiser and more determined to succeed. This led him to open his own agency, A.L Brooks Agency LLC, an affiliate of Family First Life.

As an agency owner, Andre chose to do things differently from other agencies by investing more in the agent than the sale. From his experience in the industry, Andre knew an empowered agent was the first key to a successful agency. With his innovative ideas, Andre has helped insurance agents across the country achieve success in their careers while also providing families with peace of mind during some of the hardest days of their lives. The primary focus at Andre’s agency is helping the people, and a heart for service is the first requirement for an agent to join them.

Diversity is another pillar of A.L Brooks Agency LLC’s success. Socio-economic background, race, gender, and even career history don’t matter to Andre. He remembers all too well what it was like to start a new career on an unequal footing, and has made it his mission to raise the standard.
