At just 37 years old, Brian Littlefield has seemingly done it all. As a successful entrepreneur, he co-founded and grew his company Jocko Fuel into a thriving organization. Establishing Jocko Fuel and pivoting into the nutritional division allowed Littlefield to follow his true passion – developing world-class nutrition products to help people maximize their potential and live their best lives. As the Chief Product Officer with Jocko Fuel, Littlefield is known as the “mad scientist,” driving innovation with dozens of unique formulations.
He is also building wealth as a real estate investor, with several properties in his portfolio. Most recently – and perhaps most significantly – he became a father for the first time. Altogether, Littlefield is living a life that many dream about but few are able to fully realize.
So, how does one person achieve so much – and continue to find ways to reach new goals?
For Littlefield, the answer comes from within from an unyielding personal work ethic. Although he celebrates each of his career milestones, he never allows himself to become too comfortable with his accomplishments. There is always another dream to chase, another reason to put in the hard work.
“Comfort is complacency, and when you become complacent, you stand still,” Littlefield says. “In business, if you are not moving forward, not trying to grow, then you are dying.”
Littlefield’s drive for greatness has only increased with the birth of his daughter. Now, he works hard not just for himself but for his family – to build a meaningful future where his daughter can grow up and achieve her own dreams.
“It has changed my perspective on success really in two ways. I realized that even if something were to happen, say I completely failed in business and we had to start over again, we had nothing, as long as my wife and daughter are healthy and we have each other, it wouldn’t really matter,” Littlefield says.
“At the same time, I am pushing harder than ever before – having a child has put more fuel on the fire in terms of purpose and drive.”
His sense of discipline and focus has proven to be particularly valuable as Jocko Fuel continues its rapid ascent in the nutrition and wellness industry. The company has reached new heights in 2022 and is looking ahead for new opportunities to expand and grow.
“We have great things going on at Jocko Fuel right now,” Littlefield says. “We are starting to get real market penetration and mass brand awareness, so the team is doing a lot of great stuff on that front.”
Despite the energy he puts into both raising his daughter and helping to run a multi-million-dollar company, Littlefield still finds the time to focus on another passion – real estate investment. This pursuit began in 2011 when Littlefield was graduating college. While he and his wife lived in a nearby apartment, they bought a foreclosed home that they planned to renovate and resell. However, just weeks after purchasing the home, they were forced to leave their apartment. Without other options, they lived in the home while they remodeled it, essentially rebuilding it from the ground up.
“I remember our original kitchen while we were living there, you could see through the floor to the basement, we were living out of boxes, with a folding table and a toaster oven,” Littlefield says. “But that’s how we started, we owned the house, so we put all our cash into fixing it and eventually when we moved we rented it, and later sold it.”
Whether it is in his professional career or his personal life, Brian Littlefield pursues his dreams with unceasing determination and passion. At only 37 years old, he has already accomplished so much – but if you ask him, he is still at the beginning of his journey.
“Will there be a point when I slow down or stop?” Littlefield asks. “Sure, someday. Hopefully when I am older and can’t do it anymore. But for now, I feel hungrier than ever. I feel like I’m just getting started.”
