They are also packed with nutrients and superfoods including baobab, matcha, passion fruit, and lions’ mane, among others. With a shelf life of over two years — they are also a great option for people confined to their homes during the pandemic, The products have less than 10 ingredients, and never include stevia, erythritol, or alternative sweeteners.
Notwithstanding the continuous triple-digit annual growth in revenue, Greenfeld continues to create innovative plant-based lines like Dream Pop Bites. The Dream Pop Bites come in an assortment of more conventional flavors like Cookie Dough, Vanilla Sky, Birthday Cake, Peanut Butter, and Berry Dream- all flavors are coated in chocolate. Despite such explosive early traction in a relatively short period of time, Greenfeld aims to continue growing the business – hoping to become the “Willy Wonka” of plant-based confectionary.
