In episode 60, I took the best segments from my interviews that I recorded in the fall of 2015. This episode is about 30 minutes and has three segments about 10 minutes long. These three exceptional guests are making a difference in their industry.

Our 1st guest is Dale Stephens. He is the Founder and CEO of Uncollege. It is a program that teaches soft skills learned in college and develops them during a 9 month program gap year for students preparing for their next step in life. He also authored the book, Hacking Your Education.

Our 2nd guest is Benjamin Miller. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fundrise. Benjamin has created a model for the average person to invest in real estate easily and conveniently. If you are not a fan of REITs (real estate investment trusts), you should consider Fundrise. Invest as little as $1,000 and earn 12-14% returns.

Our last guest is Shai Reshef. He is a TEDx Speaker, social entrepreneur, and the founder and president of University of The People. Shai agrees that higher education is too expensive, which is why his online, accredited university is offering $2,000 associate degrees, $4,000 bachelor degrees, and $2,400 master degrees.
