Healing Racism with Energy Coaching

This weekend’s arrest of two African-American men at a Philadelphia Starbucks for not ordering while they waited for a friend, is a clear example of the double standard applied to non-white people in the US today. I also read an article today by another African-American man who had been asked to leave a café in Berkeley, California in 2015 for talking with a white woman, who incidentally would later become his wife.

This Berkeley incident led to a community meeting where the café owner committed to working with the victim to eliminate racism in his business, as well as other businesses in his neighborhood and beyond. Then, once the adverse publicity calmed down, the café owner stopped taking calls from the African-American man and abandoned his “anti-racism initiative” altogether. It’s clearly one thing to decide to do something, and another thing altogether to follow it through.

Racism, like most human behaviors, isn’t just rooted in what we’ve learned earlier our life, but is reinforced by, and triggered from, parental and ancestral thought patterns and beliefs that become activated within our DNA when we are exposed to a similar environment to those that led to our ancestors’ racism. This DNA activation is silent and we are unaware it is happening, but our DNA is being activated virtually every day by the energy of new people, new experiences, and new environments.

Fortunately, DNA can now be de-activated and the underlying ancestral pattern transformed using business energy coaching so that it can no longer re-emerge. Businesses who want to ensure their staff will treat people of all races, cultures, and religions fairly and equally can now hire Business Energy Coaching to take their staff through diversity-focused energy coaching workshops. During these workshops, the underlying principles that cause prejudice are discussed, more caring values introduced, while the energy of attendees’ lifetime conditioning and activated DNA are transformed back into alignment with these more loving values.

Because all consciousness, including that rooted in early lifetime conditioning, flows through the DNA, racist consciousness will no longer recur as it no longer has any source within those who have been transformed. Instead of being exposed to the racism of staff, businesses can be a big part of the solution by placing business energy coaching at the center of their sensitivity training.

Indeed, business energy coaching can be used to transform all kinds of non-loving behaviors that show up in a business context. Examples include reducing resistance to working well in teams, massively reducing the emotional triggers that cause stress and burnout, reducing blocks to creativity, removing inner blocks to sales productivity, along with a wide variety of other applications.

Business energy coaching is not just a key to removing unwanted behavior patterns. It is also a powerful personal growth tool, as it removes DNA driven performance blocks to enhance existing strengths and reveal new ones. There’s no faster way to engineer positive change for a business than by doing so for its people. And there’s no faster way to engineer positive change for the world than through business…the ultimate win-win-win for all concerned.
