I know. I know. I’m a female reading a Men’s blog.
While I’m not nor ever have been morbidly obese, your thoughts about body positivity hit home. It’s not just weight.
As a society, we are hyper-critical of everything physical– weight, height, body type, skin color, hair color, eye color, etc.
Your article reminded me that we all have physical attributes we may not like. The key is to not allow it to rule our self-confidence.
