Women are prone to the same human failings as men. I see tons of men and women alike who have a hard time admitting that they are responsible and at fault for the demise of their relationships. Admitting these thins makes us feel out of control and vulnerable. So men and women alike find it easier to blame the other or to always ask for the other gender what they can not do themselves.
I see so many men on GMP push back against pretty much any article written by a woman or one that asks them to consider a woman’s perspective. They don’t want to learn new tools that might help them with women. They don’t’ want to take responsibility. They don’t want to hear women’s experiences. its like we are at war and men are out for blood.
I do not believe that this article “lectures” men. I believe it asks men to listen. But so many men don’t want to listen .you claim women dismiss men. Yet, men at doing the same thing every time they push back against any discussion that asks them to gain more insight and knowledge into understanding women better.
I have seen many….many women make sacrifices for their men every day. So I don’t share your view of marriage. Married women are not “takers while married men are givers. That’s a prejudiced viewpoint. People are either givers or takers but that has nothing to do with gender.
