Don’t let extraverts dictate normality. Only clueless, self-centered extroverts assume that someone who is alone must be lonely and needs fixing.

Food for Thought:
Should those who don’t understand the difference between alone and lonely leave those that like solitude alone?

Veg time is essential for the human soul. The time where we are in our heads, hopefully in nature, or even in our homes, just reflecting, thinking and clearing our thoughts. Alone time is essential too. Reading, writing, daydreaming or just being by yourself. Some of us need more alone time and some less. None of that has anything to do with loneliness, which as you know, can be distressing and hit you hardest when in a crowd of people.
