The more than human world is not fixed into one state of being, devoid of passion, stillness or even rage.
It is a complex shifting pattern of sheer livingness changing from moment to moment.
Our moods and feelings are not separate from this, after all how can they be!
Do we not share the same breath and heartbeat of Gaia; itself pulsing with that even greater universal latent being.
Now, as the landscape continues to roil to the mighty Levante, there is a predatory fierceness to the air.
The mountain glowers down upon its denizens, its gaze that of some great raptorial bird.
Above it the Levanter cloud sits motionless, like some ancient army, ready to sweep down upon the plains below.
High overhead, soaring upon the frenzied wrack, hundreds of vultures spiral, their keen eyes seeking out the weak that have fallen in the face of this tumultuous storm.
This is a day to seek shelter and respite from the raw power that has been unleashed upon our small community.
