The meadows of the Dehesa are a vibrant living memory of the days when we were closer to nature.
Here, there is no need to exclude wildness or to tame her within the ethnically cleansed monoculture of modern farming.
This is a place where man remains deeply participant within his landscape.
The beauty of these environs shapes the people who live here as much as nature shapes the people.
It is a joyous symbiosis and a true affair of the heart which has lasted down through the millennia.
Thus, there is no man and nature on this mountain. There is just life, a life that is rich beyond any concept of money.
