The night is yet to fully recede from the Earth Strength Bushcraft summer camp, yet the day is already rich with promise.
As ever on a camp, I like to arise early, in the winter blowing the smoldering embers alive until the flames catch in the dry wood. Or, like now in the summer preparing the space for the children to eat.
These early morning moments are magical, whether it’s an adult trek in the Sahara or a children’s camp at the Earth Strength base in southern Spain.
