Traveling with my family is something I want to do because I know it will create lifelong memories for all of us. I want my kids to look back and think about the family road trip we took, or watch a movie about a family vacation and be reminded of the ones we went on together. To be honest, though, we travel with four kids and IT IS HARD! Kids screaming, unbuckling their car seats, making poop jokes, DRIVING ME CRAZY! But the types of bonds we are creating, the experiences we are having together, I know are priceless and will be things I look back on in five, ten, twenty years and smile. So yeah, traveling with four kids nine hours to Yosemite National Park was frustrating, and may or may not have pushed me to my limit, but nothing was better than watching their faces as snow fell, or seeing Yosemite Falls with them. IT’S ALL WORTH IT! Enjoy this episode of Uzi being an escape artist, Anaya competing for loudest scream, and a whole lotta patient parent moments y’all.
