“Who has fully realized that history is not contained in thick books but lives in our very blood?” –Carl Jung
I feel like we’ve been separated for too long.
We’re easy to manipulate. The Man bought the story and grabbed lots of anger, bitching, and shame cards. The Woman started to hijack tons of control, blame, and manipulation.
We’re neglecting the croupier
There’s no free flow of hands. We’re holding onto our positions and waiting to see who will make the first mistake of pointing our stiff fingers.
I’m not talking about human rights or hashtag movements. That is not even happening on the outside.
This is an internal conflict of epic proportions. This is bigger than The Cold War or The Vietnam War. The divisiveness is now happening from the inside. We’re hurting ourselves.
I’m the voice of confusion.
I don’t understand why we deny the simplicity and ecstasy of life. Nature craves to blend us together and celebrate the presence of a polarity. We cannot survive without serving a woman with our masculine. Nor without surrendering our feminine to our man. There’s only Ice Age existence without these two archetypes embracing each other.
A time to kill
My PTSD uncle once told me a story. Two platoons on a hill maintaining the status quo, waiting for orders to pull the trigger. Standing 20 meters from each other in deep trenches. No sleep till dawn. Always in tension. Listening for sneaky footsteps getting too quiet.
Every once in a while, someone throws a line across.
“Hey, got your orders yet?”
“Nope, nothing yet. Do you have any cigars or wine left?”
They were exchanging packs by throwing them across the border and teasing each other for months like this. When they got bored, they shoot on each other.
When the war was over, they met in person on the final night to celebrate. Imagine the curiosity and euphoria about the person who felt like a death whisper two hours ago.
Somebody asked. Someone answered.
“Do you hate us because we’re different than you?”
“Nope. We’re just following orders.”
The war is over
There will always be orders and trends. Nature’s principles remain the same as long as we don’t suffocate her. Or him.
There’s no point in ignoring rain just because we can pretend it to be sunshine. There’s no point in being clever and arrogant with nature.
One of the effects of magnetism occurs in ferromagnetic materials, which are strongly attracted by magnetic fields and can be magnetized to become permanent magnets, producing magnetic fields themselves.
This is similar with masculine and feminine dynamics in a relationship. If we let our inner feminine and masculine magnetize each other, the side effect on the outside could be wider harmony and mutual co-creation.
Let’s allow ourselves to interfere at the deepest level ever. The war is over. It’s time to accept we are meant to celebrate this existence together.
