Call for Submissions: Love, Sex, and Relationships
___
It’s no secret that our love, sex, and relationships content gets a lot of action from our readers and scores lots of likes, shares, and page views. So we’re looking to get in bed with multiple partners—that means lots of you—to help us do what any successful marketer would—use sex to sell our product, that product being the conversation no one else is having about the changing roles of men in the 21st century. That last bit about using sex is tongue in cheek (someone else’s cheek) of course, but it’s also serious. We’re looking for posts in what we call the S&R (no, not S&M) category that stimulate readers and skillfully move the conversation towards a climax. If you’re an S&R post virgin, don’t be afraid. Inexperience is no indication of inadequacy, and there’s a first time for everyone. Plus, our experienced editors (a bunch of promiscuous posters) have all sorts of tips, tricks, and techniques at the ready to get your post in the mood for an intimate encounter with our readers.
Here are a few examples of posts we’d love you to write, but since there’s no one way to do it, feel free to try your favorite position and indulge your fantasies, as long as what you write aligns with our goal of showing how tired stereotypes and rigid gender roles damage relationships and limit joy, and providing people—particularly men—with a way to break free of them.
- How to love a man (or a woman) with depression
- A primer for trans teen dating (for both teens and parents)
- How to love a sports fanatic
- How to love an entrepreneur
- How to make your relationship environmentally conscious
- What a man wants in a second marriage
- How to love a survivor of abuse
… and more first-person tales from the front of your relationship epiphanies.
So, you wanna get lucky? Write a sex and relationships post for us!
Who knows? It might even spread … to our media partners and give you more play.
We promise we’ll call you in the morning, and you won’t regret it.
Please send your submission via email to [email protected] or submit online here, or email your submissions to your favorite editor found on our About page.
