What do you believe is the root cause of rape?

Rape is about power and control and has nothing to do with clothing. On the outside, people might blame it on revealing clothing or sex appeal when it’s not about that. What it’s really about is the rapist’s feeling of inadequacy, and the need to overcompensate.
An attractive female often is a trigger for guys who hate women because they feel inadequate and powerless, therefore she must be punished, dominated, humiliated. In prison it’s more like establishing a pecking order, to show dominance. Often the men are not gay or even attracted to men.
