There are people of all races who pick on others or bully. I am a black male and I was picked on as a child because I was shy and soft spoken. Those qualities are unfortunately perceived as weakness and make you a target. Kids in general, are just not nice. Because of their own insecurities, they are always looking for a weaker child to pounce on and make them feel better about themselves. This is a world-wide phenomenon. Because you experienced it with blacks, you assume that only blacks do it. I’m not saying that makes you racist, but that’s what racist people do
