On June 17th of 2013 I started a journey to lose 170 pounds. When it came to the exercise portion, I chose to run. My parents are from Mombasa, Kenya and I lived in Kenya for two years. Running is in my bold.
I couldn’t run a mile, but I got out there and hit the pavement everyday. Last week I ran my first full marathon. I chose this quote because running has been my therapy. You may not choose running, but your sport can be your therapy time too.
