Wow, what a ride! First I want to thank you for getting me to where I am today, you never gave up on me. Thank you! It hasn’t always been sunshine and rainbows but here we are.
I am sorry it took me so long to see your worth and your true beauty. For the majority of our lives I made you feel unworthy, not good enough, not skinny enough, not brave enough, and the list goes on and on. Guess what Stacy… YOU are worthy, so fucking worthy. YOU are enough, so much more than enough. YOU are so beautiful, on the outside (have you seen your eyes… enough said) but more importantly on the inside. YOU are braver than you could ever imagine.
You stand your ground and you always have. It may take you awhile to get your footing, but you do and you don’t give in. This is why you can say at the age of 33 that you have never in your life done any type of drugs. You refused to give in and you stood your ground. So freaking proud of you!
You are emotional, you feel deep, you hurt when others hurt, you cry (a lot), you love with all that you are, you refuse to let go! You don’t know how to half ass love or friendships. When you are in, you are all in. I know it is hard to be such an emotion driven person but never change that. It is your superpower! Keep loving hard and with all that you are, this is something to be proud of because not a lot of people allow themselves to do this.
You have hated your body for as long as I can remember but not anymore. Yes your body is covered in stretch marks, you are covered in scars, you are on the curvy side, and your stomach is pretty um… not pretty. When you are feeling unattractive or fat or not pretty enough, remember this… You grew five humans in your body, you have given life to five beautiful kids. Your body is so awesome it even grew two humans at once. And the scars, let’s talk about those for a minute. You have a huge scar across your lower abdomen that you hate but it is from and emergency C-section. The ugly scar on the back of your left shoulder as well as the on one your chest and under your left arm, those are from cancer. YOU freaking beat cancer! Those scars should be reminders of just how strong and brave you are. Love those scars because without them you would not be where you are today! Stacy you are perfectly flawed. Embrace it!
You decided just over a year ago that it was time to start living authentically. This lead to rock bottom, divorce, starting your life over, but most importantly growth. You have grown so much in the last year. You are the happiest you have been in years and you are following your truth. You are saying yes to things and people that enhance your life and you are saying no to the things that drain you and serve you no purpose. This is fucking huge for you Stacy! Keep closing the doors that give you nothing. Continue showing up for yourself and the important people in your life. Keep jumping! Keep growing! Continue living for MOMENTS! You haven’t come this far too only come this far.
You were put on this earth to help people… You have done so in so many ways! You have enhanced so many lives. When people tell you how wonderful and amazing you are PLEASE accept it and believe it because IT IS SO TRUE! Continue down this path, just remember to take care of yourself as well!
Stacy, you have a beautiful soul and you are destined for big things. Let the universe guide you and trust that your life is unfolding exactly the way it is supposed to be. You got yourself to this point, be proud. So.Fucking.Proud!
I love you!
