Saya Naomi was working as a successful drag queen in Chicago, until one night when she was assaulted, left for dead, and rendered blind in one eye. The attack left her in a deep depression – unable to work or even apply makeup, and barely able to motivate herself out of bed. With the help of three very important people – her boss, her mother, and her best friend, Saya recovered that confidence she’d lost in months prior and learned to lead her life with positivity.
