We think that we’re giving healthy food to our kids. Unfortunately, we are wrong. Child nutrition these days is lacking. It can be really difficult to get kids to eat foods that are healthy for them. Whether it’s juice or desserts, there is so much sugar in our kids’ diets. We need to really understand child nutrition and what is important for them to grow.
Giving kids a nutrition plan is essential. We need to make sure they are drinking water, consuming protein, eating fruits and vegetables, and taking a multivitamin.
