Source: 30dB.com – Clemson%20Football No. 1 Tigers (12-1) haven’t missed a beat from last season’s national championship despite star quarterback Deshaun Watson bolting to the NFL. Their lone loss in 2017 was a fluke 27-24 defeat to Syracuse, and they easily took care of the rest of their competition in the ACC. Clemson enters the CFP with a sky-high 77 percent positive score over the last 30 days. The No. 3 Georgia Bulldogs, champions of the SEC, are No. 2 on Social, with a 74 percent positive score. The Bulldogs also finished the regular season with a 12-1 record, which they capped off with a 28-7 demolishing of Auburn. Georgia’s opponent on Jan. 1, the No. 2 Oklahoma Sooners, are Social’s third-favorite choice, sporting a 56 percent positive score. The Sooners (12-1) easily won the Big 12 thanks to a high-octane offense and Heisman Trophy favorite Baker Mayfield at quarterback. And finally, the Alabama Crimson Tide, fourth in the CFP rankings, is by far the least popular team in the field, with a 34 percent positive score. The Crimson Tide (11-1) lost the season finale to Auburn and played a relatively weak schedule, which led to some outrage over being selected for the playoffs. Never count out Head Coach Nick Saban, though. –Alex Shultz

“Here’s the thing about The Good Men Project. We are trying to create big, sweeping, societal changes—–overturn stereotypes, eliminate racism, sexism, homophobia, be a positive force for good for things like education reform and the environment. And we’re also giving individuals the tools they need to make individual change—-with their own relationships, with the way they parent, with their ability to be more conscious, more mindful, and more insightful. For some people, that could get overwhelming. But for those of us here at The Good Men Project, it is not overwhelming. It is simply something we do—–every day. We do it with teamwork, with compassion, with an understanding of systems and how they work, and with shared insights from a diversity of viewpoints.” —– Lisa Hickey, Publisher of The Good Men Project and CEO of Good Men Media Inc.
