Wentz has racked up 13 touchdowns and just three interceptions, giving Philadelphia a 5-1 record. Los Angeles Rams quarterback Jared Goff is off to a surprising start as well. He has the second-best NFC mark with a 67 percent positives. Other gunslingers sporting respectable positive ratings include Washington’s Kirk Cousins (60 percent), Dallas Cowboys second-year pro Dak Prescott (52 percent) and Seattle Seahawks dual-threat Russell Wilson (51 percent). New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees is having a statistically solid season, but has a 49 percent positive score, and last year’s MVP, Matt Ryan, has fallen to 46 percent positive on 30dB. They’re outpacing Detroit Lions QB Matt Stafford (41 percent), Eli Manning of the miserable New York Giants (33 percent), and Tampa Bay Buccaneers starter Jameis Winston (30 percent), who suffered a sprained shoulder last week.
