A person of grand privilege who’s also a gross narcissist, Mr. Donald Trump claims that no one respects women more than him, but recently released audio from 2005, where the entertainer-turned-pseudo-politician details his hobby of grabbing pussy without consent, further undermines Mr. Trump’s pro-women façade, a veneer already splintered by countless rape and sexual assault allegations hurled against him, and exposes the shoddy yet flamboyant businessman to be a nauseating sexual predator who has likely raped in his lifetime.
This December, a Federal Judge will hold a hearing on a lawsuit that alleges Mr. Trump raped a 13 year-old girl in the early 90s, around the time when the self-proclaimed billionaire suffered a $916 million loss, according to his 1995 tax returns. Equal to the prominence of the rumor that Mr. Trump is member of the billionaires club – such a claim can’t be proven because the Republican nominee has refused to release his tax returns – is the hearsay that he habitually invades women’s personal space and gropes them, or that he makes demeaning comments about their looks.
Just a week ago, the Associated Press ran a story wherein 20 people – former crew members, editors and contestants of the NBC’s ‘The Apprentice’ – dished on the behind-the-scene antics of Mr. Trump, who was said to have rated female contestants by the size of their breast and talked about which ones he wanted to f*ck. And the New York Times on Friday published a post entitled ‘Donald Trump, Groper in Chief,’ which details how Mr. Trump allegedly forced himself on a former female business partner.
In the audio first released Friday by the Washington Post, Mr. Trump brags about aggressively targeting a married woman who he wanted to fuck and who he took furniture shopping in order to woo. Mr. Trump, who was newly married at this time, goes on to mention that his stardom allows him carte blanche over a woman’s body, and that he keeps tic-tac mints on hand in case he feels the urge to, without consent, kiss beautiful women.
The indefensible words – for which Mr. Trump offered a seemingly forced and blatantly disingenuous apology – have, to my bewilderment, been defended by many Trump loyalists who say the language he used was simply locker-room banter that all guys engage in, and that what the hot-mic picked up 11 years ago was the proverbial boys-will-be-boys moment. Mr. Trump, however, was not a boy at the time of the taping – he was nearly 60 – and no, not all guys talk the creepy, rapey shit that he gleefully did; in fact, a real man, who protects and cherishes women, finds Mr. Trump’s behavior and language to be abhorrent.
Blinded by celebrity and regalia, Trump supporters can’t see that their candidate wasn’t just speaking of the hypothetical, or joking around, but rather was acknowledging his lifestyle. Indeed, Mr. Trump believes himself to be entitled to whatever his heart desires. Moreover, Mr. Trump had once told Mr. Howard Stern that it couldn’t be said that he respect women; and in 1999, Mr. Trump, who has said as president he would be good for women, admitted that he would be a controversial commander-in-chief because of “me with the women.”
No further proof needs to be supplied for me to acknowledge Mr. Trump as not a real man but instead a weak, spoiled, slimy scumbag, psychopath and sexual predator who doesn’t respect women but rather objectifies them every chance he gets.
Put aside the argument that Mr. Trump, a buffoonish brute who has appeared in at least two soft-core porn videos, isn’t fit to be president and instead acknowledge that he’s not a good fit for American society. Mr. Trump is, as General Colin Powell put it, a national disgrace.
