In “Don’t Throw Him Back Damaged,” Lana Reid describes dating as going to a used car lot to pick out a partner. This is a person who has already been around the block but has also picked up the pieces and seems ready to try again. In this short video clip, she explains how this person carries the remnants of previous relationships, be they toxic or healthy. She invites women—though this is clearly for any gender—to take care of their men’s hearts when a relationship doesn’t work out.
