The Case Against 8, looks at the legal side of the fight in California, to repeal Proposition 8, as well as the nationwide battle in the US for marriage equality. Based on the preview, The Case Against 8 presents not only the strategy used to win the case, but also the very real impact it had on the citizens of California’s personal lives.
Look for it on HBO, and in select theaters across the US in June.
