Video: Space Jumper Felix Baumgartner on Reaching Out For Help

Record-setting space jumper Felix Baumgartner—the man who broke the speed of sound with his body by jumping out of a capsule 24 miles above the Earth—is considered one of the bravest human beings on the planet.

But did you know that Baumgartner battled an intense case of claustrophobia so badly that he almost didn’t go through with his test jump?

In this CNN interview, Baumgartner explains that his claustrophobia was the first problem he wasn’t able to solve on his own, and so he reached out for help.

His message is important: It doesn’t matter how tough or how brave you are, everyone needs help sometimes.

Good man, Felix.
