Believe the best.
Whenever you have an initial gut reaction to get upset or triggered, tell yourself to believe the best.
To get where you want to go and to show up as a person of your word, believe the best in that person or that situation.
You might have a story made up in your mind that creates a meaning around something someone has said, and 99% of the time it isn’t true.
It will take time and practice to make that a part of yourself moving forward.
