1. Most of the s**t you are chasing you will never be able to keep, so check yourself before you wreck yourself.
2. Likes and comments have nothing to do with your inherent worth as an amazing human being.
3. Everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle you know nothing about, so show some love.
3. You are way more f*cking incredible than you give yourself credit for.
4. The thing you are avoiding is the very thing that will propel your life forward in miraculous ways.
5. If your head is in a dark place, get your body moving. Workout, walk, chase squirrels in the park, whatever.
6. No one cares as much as you think they do. Odds are they are too busy judging themselves to even notice what you’re stressing about.
8. You can always make more money. But time is non-refundable…act accordingly.
9. Fear is simply a suggestion to settle for the shit you want to outgrow.
10. You are NOT your feelings, thoughts and circumstances. These are temporary sensations and stories and do not define your potential.
Keep your awareness muscle strong today and watch yourself bask in more happiness than ever.
