When we’re living with someone who is suffering from depression, we may feel as though we’re walking on eggshells. We may try to make them laugh and get the opposite reaction. We begin to worry about what we’re saying and how we’re saying it. Eventually, we may begin to shut down in fear of hurting or upsetting them.
More often than not, when your partner is suffering from depression, you don’t know what to do to help them, you want to help, but everything you’re doing seems to not be working.
The tips and techniques I’m offering will help them and help you to create a low-stress home, and to open the lines of communication.
