What would happen if you felt 100% committed to the things that are truly important to you? What would happen if you felt joy in being able to do your tasks? It’s possible.
We’d all do well to revisit this contrast between Growth vs. Fixed mindsets so that we can consciously manage our minds accordingly on a moment to moment basis.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s fine to have a more laid-back, go-with-the-flow personality.
