- Have monthly activity days. Perhaps you could plan to have monthly activity days in the office or even activity mornings? What you want to do is ensure that these activities are as fun and enjoyable as possible, and give your team members time to get to know each other properly.
- Organize team nights out. Team nights out can also be a lot of fun and a great way to encourage bonding. Obviously, what you don’t want is a lot of alcohol involved, so it’s important that you organize nights that are mainly alcohol-free, such as games of crazy golf or bowling, for instance.
