Her talk perfectly encapsulates how one can solve world problems through their careers. She goes through her experience of being a part of her own organization to showcase how even teenagers can dream big and contribute to society. Harsha is a 16-year-old social entrepreneur, international conference speaker, trainer, youth influencer, musician and student, *and is one of the founding members of the nationwide youth empowerment organization, Ascendance*. She began her entrepreneurial journey at age 11 with the aim of solving world problems at large starting at everyday scale. To date she has spoken at several international conferences, representing the views of the younger generation and sharing about how everyday people can play a part in solving world problems; most notably at the Global Social Business Summit in the Philippines, as well as being a key-note speaker at the ASEAN Summit for Shared Prosperity and Solidarity and the International Association of Volunteer Efforts (IAVE) Conference.
