Dr. Sanjay Gupta is honest about being wrong on pot
Dr. Sanjay Gupta took a strong stance against medical marijuana, until he conducted a year long study that culminated in the documentary, ‘Weed,’ which will air on CNN this Sunday. In this interview with Peirs Morgan, Dr. Gupta admits that he was wrong. He argues that U.S. medical community often ignores research from other countries (as U.S. funding goes vastly towards understanding the harms of pot) that suggests the are far more than anecdotal.
On another note this video is pleasant to watch because it provides a diplomatic debate about a very heated topic—we could get so much done if we only listened to each other and were willing to admit when were wrong.
