10 Famous Men and Their Car Garages

The car a person chooses to drive speaks volumes. Whether it’s a classic muscle car, the latest Rolls Royce or a more modest vehicle, cars are a fascinating insight into an individual’s life.

Here are 10 male celebrities who make big statements with the cars they drive.

10 – Jerry Seinfeld

Despite looking like a regular garage from the outside, Seinfeld’s three-storey parking spot contains nearly 50 Porsches! This comedy legend isn’t afraid to blow some serious cash on the wheels he desires.

9 – Simon Cowell

The multi-millionaire TV and music mogul certainly makes it clear how rich he is with the cars he drives. Not only does he own a million dollar, one thousand horsepower Bugatti Veyron, his garage also contains a Mercedes SL55 AMG, a Aston Martin DB7, a Ferrari 430, a Bentley Azure, and more! Including, quite sweetly, a MINI Cooper S, because everyone needs a sensible town car.

8 – Ralph Lauren

The iconic fashion designer has so many cars that he needs a two-storey building to keep them in. His D.A.D Garage (named after his children’s initials) isn’t so much a garage. it’s more of a car museum, with over 60 cars displayed on stainless steel counters.

7 – Cam Newton

The American footballer may not have a garage as stocked as others on this list, but his 1970 Oldsmobile 442 has been entirely customized from top to bottom certainly makes him worthy of a mention. In case that’s a bit too old school for you, he’s got a Ferrari F12 in his collection too!

6 – Leonardo DiCaprio

Making this list for the opposite reason to many others, Leo makes a different statement with his chosen vehicle, an environmental one. A well know activist for green causes, DiCaprio drives a Toyota Prius, valued at just shy of $30,000 at its top end.

5 – Daniel Radcliffe

The Harry Potter star turned Hollywood heartthrob may be even more environmentally conscious than Leo. Despite making a small fortune through the Harry Potter film franchise, Radcliffe is happy to drive his eco-friendly and affordable Ford Punto for the world to see.

4 – Floyd “Money” Mayweather

When “Money” is your nickname, you have to earn it, and with several Rolls Royce models, a collection of Ferraris, three Bugatti Veyrons, and a Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita (which reportedly cost him nearly $5,000,000 on its own) Mayweather certainly does that.

3 – John Travolta

Travolta has 15 cars, but that isn’t the reason his name is so close to the top of this list. Travolta is the only person mentioned here who has a garage with a runway. That’s right,  so he can park his private jet and jumbo jetliner side by side, both of which he is licensed to fly himself.

2 – Jay Leno

“If you restore a car, and you’re making money, then you’re doing it wrong.” Jay Leno

Perhaps the most famous celebrity garage in the world, car lover Jay Leno’s car museum is so vast that it got its own TV show.

Leno’s garage measures in at 17,000 sq. ft. and has an on-site machine shop and mechanical team to look after his car collection, which contains over 200 of the best cars in the world, including a $1.8 million Mercedes, a $1.35 million McLaren P1, and a priceless Ecojet!

1 – The Sultan of Brunei

Leno’s car collection may be impressive, but it’s nothing compared to the stacked garage that the Sultan of Brunei owns.

The 7000 plus car collection contains literally hundreds of Mercedes Benz, Rolls Royce, Ferraris, Bentleys, BMWs, Jaguars, and more. It is rumoured to be valued at a staggering $5 Billion.

Fancy getting your hands behind the wheels of some of the rides mentioned today? Of course you do!  Whilst, buying brand new might not be an option, you’d be staggered at the price difference for 2nd hand cars.
