Having an Awkward Conversation Could Save Your Son’s Life

Jim Higley, aka “Bobblehead Dad” has put together a video to help educate parents of boys about the importance of self-screening for Testicular Cancer.

Testicular Cancer is the #1 form of cancer for young men ages 15-35.

That means that we, as parents of boys, are responsible for teaching them how to do a simple self-exam in the shower, just once a month. They need to know what to look for, and how.

Jim urges parents to go to visit SingleJingles.org to learn more. Their simple guide for how to thoroughly examine the testicles is really helpful, and easy to email to your son to help facilitate a conversation about the importance of self-checks.
