Society promotes and celebrates activities which harm, destroy, and deteriorate our mind, body, and soul.
We are surrounded by messages which tell us to numb, to distract, to suppress, to sedate from our lives.
You are not good enough as-is, as-built.
We pay massive amounts of money to kill ourselves to escape.
We pretend we have no choice.
The reality is that you control it all.
Every decision you make, every action you take is either moving you toward or away from happiness, freedom, dreams, purpose.
If you ignore your dreams and purpose, you are ignoring yourself.
You are telling yourself you have no value, no worth.
You are stating that life is meaningless, and that you do not matter.
Harmful activities to your mind, body, and soul amplify that message…
Since I do not matter, I am not worthy.
Taking intentional action which aligns with your dreams, your purpose, builds self-worth.
Reversing the neglect of mind, body, and soul…
…neglect which society celebrates…
… rebuilds confidence, self-esteem, self-value, self-love.
Taking intentional care of yourself tells yourself that you matter.
Because you do.
You are more valuable, worthy, and powerful than you know.
You might not feel it, but you matter.
You matter to those that matter.
You matter to me.
