We all know that matter is composed of atoms, whether it’s a flower, a stone, water, air, everything animate and inanimate. The atom is formed by a small nucleus, around which electrons orbit.
The space between the nucleus and the electron cloud is filled with vast amounts of energy. Based on this premise, we are not energized matter but rather energy materialized.
This reasoning leads us to a new concept of man, one that Quantum Physics has contributed to through important epistemological foundations for a new concept of health, one that is integrated and systemic.
In this new concept, the bioenergetic dimension of man, long ignored, has gained academic interest.
Thus, when we talk about the concept of quantum health, we see a new paradigm of man: holistic, integrated with the whole, and actively engaged in everything that happens. This new perspective on man takes him out of his comfort zone and the classic victim position, as he has the power to change the course of his history through new positions and perspectives on life.
In this context, the quality of thoughts and feelings comes to the forefront, as they are crucial for emotional states, as well as for health in general. However, it is necessary for man to realize that he is co-creative, meaning that man is the creator of his own reality, consciously or unconsciously.
Everything that is matter has a vibration, and with man it is no different; he also possesses an energy field. Therefore, emotional and vibrational states are part of a single process, as they are related to what we feel and how we act in the world. Thus, it is important to review our patterns of negative and limiting beliefs in order to modify our energy field and, consequently, the quality of our emotions, since thoughts and emotions are types of energy.
Thoughts are living entities and have a positive or negative impact on our health, as we have an electromagnetic field at play. Although we cannot see this field, it exists and operates bioenergetically with the whole.
There are many types of energy that we cannot visualize. For example, ultraviolet rays are a type of electromagnetic energy emitted by the sun. We can observe their effects, although we cannot see them. We can give many examples here of energies that we do not see: x-rays, radio waves, microwaves, etc. The same applies to man: he has an energy field that needs to be cared for and nourished, just as we care for and nourish our physical body.
