Did you know that corn is a human-made crop? It is a 7,000 year old invention and can’t grow naturally in the wild. Although there are mixed views on the advantages and disadvantages of corn, I personally don’t think it has any nutritional value. Sure, we all like sweet corn and popcorn and nachos and tortillas but it should more likely be classified as healthy junk. 😀
Also, it can increase sugar levels and is genetically modified, which I don’t think is good for human body, land or the environment. Again, personal views.. leading to a significant decrease in my personal consumption. For some reason, my gut tells me that the negatives of corn production are exponentially greater than its positives.
I have always wondered about the power of human mind, which can create anything, but corn being a human invention still came as a big shocker to me.
What all we have created!
What all we can create.
What do we create?
Like for example this story of Kunti giving birth to Karna by some formula (mantra) given by sun god and later abandoning him cuz he was born out of wedlock and then going ahead and giving birth to rest of her kids again with the help of that ‘formula’.. sharing that formula with her ‘co-wife’ Madri to help her give birth to her sons.
Now tell me, is it literally possible to give birth without sex? Please don’t try and argue that they were gods.. could do anything.. etc.. etc.. know that these stories are of humans (or gods — if you believe that anyone who can create is a god a.k.a. humans who create) of past generations, exaggerated for oomph factor.
WoW, right!
Now either the kids were born out of some affairs or you tell me what else it could’ve been?
People are venerating a plethora of lies and the truth-seekers are branded as crazy. What a mad world!
Do you think that the sun god would be less heated (ref. climate change) if we pray to it OR if we produced fewer pollutants? What makes more sense?
Do you think a (just) god would abandon a kid for societal norms OR take care of it?
Do you think the one seeking peace and justice would kill millions OR use the ‘power’ to sort it out without killings?
Those who say that there are no other options have never tried to find one!
🪢 Because it’s so easy to just not. 🪢
As it is said, usually the answers are hiding in plain sight.
All we have to do is remove that blind fold off of justice and see.
But it (seeing) takes effort too and one not willing to put it will make all sorts of excuses. That’s the reality of it..
that’s the final crux!
We can all live sadly in an unjust world, accepting what is being told/taught/served/sent your way OR we can start from shunya (0) and build a world where just and happy is the music of hearts.
🎶💝
🩰 A dance on the tunes of joy. ䷹
Would require some seeing and questioning.. some discomfort and new beginnings… but my gut tells me it will-all be worth it!
How do I suggest we start?
Well, easiest way is to try and go natural. Don’t make up stuff. Don’t lie about any incident/feeling/event/information. Don’t use make-up. Accept everything as is — the truth of it. And then SEE where you want to go from there.
Forward or etched in history?
Talk or assume?
Got it?
