‘Sinners’ is out now on Blu-Ray
I have liked most of the films Ryan Coogler has made. Black Panther was a wonderful movie that took audiences on a fantastical journey. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever told the next chapter in the tale of this mysterious city. Sinners is the next film from this acclaimed director, and I have heard good things about it. When I heard this film was being released on Blu-Ray I hoped I might get to check it out. I was able to get a review copy of this movie and here is what I thought of it.

Trying to leave their troubled lives behind, twin brothers (Jordan) return to their hometown to start again, only to discover that an even greater evil is waiting to welcome them back.

Overall I had a good time watching this movie. There is drama, action and the plot takes some unexpected turns as the story moves along. We see some insane things happen, but none of them hurt the plot all that much. Once this film nears the end, the lives of these two brothers will be changed forever. ‘Blues in the Night: The Music of Sinners’ reveals the process of creating the songs you hear in this film as well as how much some of the cast and crew enjoyed bringing them to life. ‘Thicker Than Blood: Becoming the Smokestack Twins’ showed how these characters came together and the subtle changes each one has as well as some of the challenges Michael B Jordan faced playing them. If you liked this movie, then you will definitely want to add it to your collection.
