The path rests in a new understanding of human heroism.

About Roger Farinha
Mr. Farinha essentially considers himself a student of human nature. He earned a Bachelors in the History of Modern Philosophy from Brooklyn College, a Masters in Liberal Studies from Fordham University, and a Masters Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership through Park University. Farinha very intentionally pursued such an “idealistic” course of study because his mind has always operated on the fundamental questions of human existence. After his Bachelors in Philosophy and his Masters in Liberal Studies, he embarked on a very deliberate exploration of his American society and country, engaging his fellow Americans in fundamental dialogue about life and meaning. This adventure in self and fellow American exploration was done in emulation of his favorite philosopher, Socrates, who similarly engaged his fellow Athenians. This season in Farinha’s life, finally, lasted from 2005-2012, resulting in his autobiographical book titled “The Socratic Trucker: An American Memoir.”
