Re: The Paris Accord
If you are outraged, stay outraged.
If you know how to #resist, #resist.
If you don’t know how to #resist, learn.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, #resist anyway. Start somewhere. Start anywhere.
If you share scientific, pro-planet, pro-human content, share more. Retweets count! Support those who are the rabble-rousers, the one’s who have been sounding the alarm. Support people like the governors of CA, NY and Washington, the mayor of Boston, of Pittsburgh, who have vowed to support the Paris Accord. Jerry Brown of CA said he would do more than was needed. Do more.
If you call your Congresspeople, call more. If you haven’t yet called, make one call. Just one. Five minutes. Practice. Learn how to #resist. It starts with a call.
If you know someone who doesn’t know how to #resist, teach them.
If you are exhausted from the battle, rest. The word rest is built right into #resist. Take turns. Be the bird flying in formation who is in the back for a while, coasting on the wind currents while others lead the way.
If you are working in teams, build bigger teams.
If you love our planet — interact with it more. Visit a national park. Travel. Meet others who love the earth. Share photos. Take a stand. Show your love.
If you already are filled with love for the people, this great earth, the wonder of it all—love more.
Some days, love is enough. #Resist.

I disagree as well, Lisa. This is not about reversing our overall policies on clean air and water, but three fold. 1, to not pony up all the cash for the rest of the world, that could take much of this on on their own. 2, a step back from the god child of the left that said man caused global warming now we must fix it. Scientifically we haven’t the slightest clue in the world how to do it, nor that we did, and in fact may mess up the natural order of what the earth is doing, and… Read more »
The wide majority = at least 98% of the people I spoke to had no idea as to what was in the agreement. They saw that it had something to do with the environment but no more.
Care to comment on India and China getting preferential treatment when they signed the accord. China and said that under the agreement, the Communist giant will be able to increase these emissions by a staggering number of years – 13. India makes its participation contingent on receiving billions and billions and billions of dollars in foreign aid from developed countries.
