Where can we find this ‘so-called happiness’?
Perhaps this is a question that many seek the answer to. Throughout our journey on this material plane, many people have tried to point us in the right direction to achieve happiness.
From a very young age, our parents, educators, and caregivers tried to guide us in some direction. Our culture has prioritized the opposite path. The more effort and dedication we put into its pursuit, the further we move away from its origin. We were taught to seek happiness in material values. A good house, a new car, a vacation to Disney, or an international cruise.
Happiness is not something that is distant, it does not have a fixed residence at any point on the planet where we must arrive.
A good academic education, a new car, a good house, a good job that provides you with a quality of life, does not give you the title of a happy person.
Traditional education teaches us to accumulate things. In this frantic struggle in search of success, you will be able to stand out from the crowd for your ability to accumulate. The best car, the best house, the most beautiful girlfriend or boyfriend, the prominent political position or the leadership within a community.
The result of this search to ACCUMULATE is what we see in the news on TV. Corruption, crimes, money laundering, and arrests. Walking in this direction, we are walking against what we are really looking for. Happiness is something that is intrinsic to our essence. We don’t need to accumulate anything to achieve it, we just need to manifest our natural feeling.
Material goods are important for us to have a pleasant life, but we should not put them first in our lives. The great master already said: “Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
Human beings suffer when they invert the order of their priorities. This teaches us a popular saying “don’t put the cart before the horse.”
To conquer “this so-called happiness” we must seek the things that ennoble our soul and the rest will come in addition.
Perhaps you are thinking, “It’s easy to say, when it’s not you who has a sick family member.” Our essence is divine and we get sick when we are out of balance. Our body gives us the signal when our choices are not in resonance with our mission. When our main focus in life is TO HAVE, we are taking giant steps towards stress, depression, anxiety, and other evils of the soul.
And how to find the way and enjoy happiness?
We must prioritize in our life the search for the Kingdom of God. Here is a simple and true recipe, approved by the great masters, if put into practice the result is 100% guaranteed.
INGREDIENTS:
1 — Thoughts
2 — Words
3 — Actions

Have good habits… Because your habits turn into your values.
Have good values… Because your values turn into your own destiny.
