Dad, how do I?

Hey kids, today’s wisdom comes from a previous Wisdom Wednesday because we tend to forget, and it deserves to be repeated. Albert Einstein said, “If you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it’s stupid.”
We all have different gifts, and often, we can get frustrated with areas where we’re not particularly adept, while we take for granted the areas we have been gifted. I know that’s true for me, and I’m guessing it might also be true for you.
The Bible says comparing ourselves among ourselves is not wise. This also reminds me of the story of The Ugly Duckling, who was compared to the ducks but later found out that she was actually a beautiful swan.
Instead of comparing ourselves to others and being frustrated with areas where we may struggle, let’s take some time today to be thankful for the areas we have been gifted. I hope you have a great day, and God bless you!
