The wolf goes on a magical adventure in ‘The Hazelnut Cracker’
I have read a couple of the Wolf in Underpants books. Each one has been a lot of fun and has taken me on some thrilling journeys. When I heard about The Wolf in Underpants and the Hazelnut Cracker I couldn’t wait to read it. I was able to get a digital copy of this book and here is what I thought of it.
You can read the plot for The Wolf in Underpants and the Hazelnut Cracker here:
The holidays have arrived, and the Wolf in Underpants receives a strange present: a red nutcracker owl.
The Wolf falls asleep delighted—but then the toy comes to life and leads him to a forbidden forest, a most frightening place! The Wolf will have to overcome a thousand dangers, including the willies! (Yes, wolves get the willies, too.)
The sixth tale in the Eisner-nominated Wolf in Underpants series is a laugh-out-loud fable about identity, conformity, and being your true self.
I had a great time reading this book. The holidays are here and the Wolf gets a peculiar gift. They go to bed that night and things get weird from there. The toy comes to life and takes them on a wild adventure. Along the way they must face a few scary things and by the end learn a lesson or two. Fans of the previous Wolf in Underpants books will want to check this one out.
The Wolf in Underpants and the Hazelnut Cracker is out now. You can order this book at Barnes and Noble and on Bookshop.
