I really liked the X-Men animated TV show from the 90s. It had action, suspense, drama and plenty of surprises as the seasons moved along. Like many fans, I was shocked when this show got cancelled and was excited to hear it was coming back. Season 1 of this show was amazing and took viewers of all ages on a wild journey. When I heard a season 2 was coming out I couldn’t wait to learn more about it. The trailer for the second season of this show has been released online and here is my thoughts on it.

Season 2 continues with the heroic mutant team of X-Men, divided and thrown across different eras in time as they struggle to navigate their return home. Meanwhile, back in the 1990s, suspicious foes and new strains of mutant intolerance are on the rise in the wake of the X-Men’s absence.

The team is still reeling from a loss at the beginning of this trailer. We learn the team has been separated through time and space and that they face a dangerous threat. There is a powerful entity out there, and this team will have to work together if they have any hope of defeating them. It won’t be easy and they are sure to face some obstacles along the way. As this trailer draws to a close you can tell this is going to be another thrilling season. Fans of this show will want to check this trailer out.
