A nice tale unfolds in ‘Pirate Baby’
It is always fun reading children’s fiction books. Each one is a lot of fun and takes me on some amazing journeys. When I first heard about Pirate Baby, I was looking forward to reading it. I was able to get a digital copy of this book and here is what I thought of it.
You can read the plot for this book here:
Cally is a fearsome pirate captain who takes whatever she wants without giving. Her crew does everything to please her, but when Cally fishes an ordinary houseplant from the sea, the other pirates have no idea how to keep it perky and green like Cally orders. What is a pirate baby to do?
With its silly humor and bright, bold illustrations, Pirate Baby bursts with kid appeal—a funny, insightful story about giving and growing. Perfect for little captains everywhere.
I had a good time reading this book. The story it told was a clever one which had this crew going on a simple but fun adventure. The illustrations were stunning and really helped bring this story to vivid life. After the captain finds an unusual treasure, they aren’t too happy about it. Yet this will help them learn a pretty good lesson and take them on an important journey. Some kids will have a great time reading this book.
Pirate Baby is out now. You can order this book at Barnes and Noble and on Bookshop.
