Something strange is going on in ‘Bird Patrol’
Last time on Doom Patrol, Rita had taken a trip to the past. On the way there she completely forgot who she was. Rita wound up at the Bureau of Normalcy where things got weird quick. Things got better once Rita made a few new friends. Back in the present Jane decides to do something risky and give Kay her first taste of freedom. While this is going on Larry has an important conversation with his son. As this episode comes to a close it doesn’t look like Rita is coming back anytime soon. Now something very weird appears to be going on in ‘Bird Patrol’. I was able to watch a screener of this episode and here is what I thought of it.

Cliff reveals to Jane he sold a couple of her things at the start of this episode. She is naturally a tad pissed about it and decides to do something drastic. Cliff finds himself at his daughters place where he agrees to help out with his grandson a bit. While this is going on something strange comes out of Larry and he has no idea what to do with it. Meanwhile the “others” make a bold decision and Jane isn’t thrilled about it at all. When that mysterious fog rolls in again Madame Rouge fears something terrible is about to happen. As this episode comes to a close this appears to only be the beginning.
