Get taken on a wild adventure in ‘The Phantom Blot’s Double Revenge’
I have been lucky to read a fair amount of Disney graphic novel collections lately. Each one has been a lot of fun and has taken me on some thrilling journeys. When I first heard about The Phantom Blot’s Double Revenge I hoped I might get to read it. I was able to get a digital copy of this graphic novel and here is what I thought of it.
You can read the plot for this graphic novel here:
The rumors are true… Mickey is once again an epic hero with an incredible rogues’ gallery! In our debut tale by fan favorite Andrea “Casty” Castellan, Mickey’s inky arch-enemy, the Phantom Blot, invades Mouseton with an army of its own citizens — cloned! Can Mickey beat back lots of duplicate Blots — or figure out which Minnie he’s dating tonight? All this and a new Super Goof backup story too!
This was a really fun graphic novel to read. It begins where Goofy and Mickey go on a camping trip and have some unexplained things happen. They catch a lot more fish than they expected to and see many of a supposedly rare bird. When they are having a barbecue days later, some very strange things keep happening. Turns out somehow there are more than one of many people in town, and a well known foe is behind the whole thing. It will take these two friends working together to crack this challenging case and bring this fiend to justice. Once this tale comes to a close it looks like things will finally be returning to normal. You can learn more about this graphic novel here.
