There is a power to authenticity that is highly under-appreciated in the context of business, but can be the difference between a business producing ordinary results and being a top performer. Every year thousands of books are published with “experts” proclaiming their secrets to business success, many of which base their recommendations on research conducted with other people in other circumstances at other times, all of whom are different from one another and also the reader. We are meant to believe that all research is equally valid, and equally applicable to each of us, both of which are incorrect.
Entire consulting practices are built upon some of these theories, the systems derived from which then sell for hundreds of thousands of dollars or more to large corporations who know they have problems, and will pay almost anything to fix them, as long as the solution offered is research backed. What if the solution to their businesses’ problems were all caused by inauthenticity? In a sense they are, except corporate speak for inauthenticity is “misalignment”.
From an energy perspective, virtually all the problems we experience, whether they be with our relationships, finances or health, are symptoms of our being out of alignment with who we are and why we’re here, being our life purpose. It’s very easy for this to be so, as we have been thoroughly conditioned at home, in school, and by the media, to conform to the expectations of those influencers. In fact, unless we make a sustained, conscious effort to find our self and our purpose under all that conditioning, we will inevitably be out of alignment with our life purpose.
Because, at our essence we are love, everything we have thought, spoken or done that is not loving for us, has been inauthentic, and is recorded in our memory mentally and emotionally as resistance in our energy field. The longer we go on in life ignoring who we are and complying with others’ expectations, the greater the level of this resistance becomes, and the more chaotic our life becomes in one or more of the areas of relationships, finances and/or health.
The more chaotic our personal energy as a business leader, the less we are able to focus the energy of our intentions on what we consciously desire. Conversely, the more aligned our energy is with our conscious intentions, the more influence it has upon those in our organization we’re relying upon to execute those intentions.
When a leader is internally aligned with his purpose, he is passionate about his mission, and this inspires (not motivates) those he leads through a heart connection that isn’t present when a leader is not aligned and solely coming from his head. Authenticity is the simple difference, yet many leaders are afraid of the potential consequences of leading from their truth as opposed to telling the Board what they think they want to hear.
Perhaps they saw what happened to a young Steve Jobs, or aren’t willing to have the courage of an Elon Musk, and just want the nice house, satisfied wife and private schooling for the kids. However, it doesn’t need to be an either/or situation. Now there is a form of coaching that within months will bring any CEO into full alignment with his unique self and purpose, without having to change anything in his outer world.
Business energy coaching is a weekly process of energy alignment that reveals the nature of a person’s true self and his purpose within just 6 months. As this proceeds, the recipient becomes progressively happier, more energized, and more peaceful, as the misaligned patterns of thinking and emotion are transformed, leading to the person feeling more powerful, and progressively less attached to the opinions of others.
Week by week his influence grows as more and more of his subconscious mental processes and energy can be focused on supporting his conscious intentions for all aspects of his life. By the end of 6 months, the leader is experiencing a high level of synchronicity and succeeds with ease rather than there seeming to be risk involved with every decision.

It accesses a person’s soul as the definitive guide as to exactly what needs to be removed from the person’s subconscious mind and energy for him to be the most influential leader he can be. It aligns the leader’s business, as it aligns the leader himself.
